DOMESTIC DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Large Parcel Delivery (Only applicable to order weighing over 10kg)

Next Day Deliveries:
Next Day Delivery (Below 2kg)
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched same day.
Estimated Delivery Time : Next Day Working Day.
Delivery Cost : £6.99

Next Day Delivery – Large Parcel
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched same day.
Estimated Delivery Time : Next Day Working Day.
Delivery Cost : £7.99

Next Day Delivery – Heavy Parcel
Orders placed before 10am are dispatched same day.

All orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 10am are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked or signed for service. If your order does not arrive by the estimated date of delivery, please contact us at info@vapingsimply.co.uk to obtain a tracking report.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages
Vaping Simply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier company to file a claim. We will provide as much assistance as possible if you file a claim with the courier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take photo evidence of this.
